EPF Full Amount Withdrawal Online Step By Step

 


😊Employees’ Provident Fund (EPF), also referred to as PF (Provident Fund), is a mandatory savings cum retirement scheme for employees of an eligible organisation.

As per the EPF rules, the employees must contribute 12% of their basic pay every month to this fund. The employer contributes a matching amount to the employee’s PF account. The amount deposited in EPF accounts earns interest on an annual basis.

Once you leave a job, you can either settle your PF account or transfer it to the new EPF account in the new organisation. 

In case you want to make a final settlement, you can fill Form 19 & Form 10C both online as well as offline. You have to follow the steps mentioned below to fill the form online


How to Fill Form 19 Online : 

👉 Login to your UAN account at the EPF Member Portal.


👉Click on “Claim (Form – 31, 19, 10C & 10D)” in the “Online Services” section.


👉Enter the last 4 digits of your linked bank account and click on “Verify”.


👉Click on “Yes” to sign the “Certificate of Undertaking”.


👉Select the option “Only PF Withdrawal (Form-19)” from the drop-down menu in the “I want to apply for” section.


👉A new section of the form expands where you have to mention your complete address.Tick the disclaimer and click on “Get Aadhaar OTP”.


👉An OTP will be sent to the number registered with UIDAI (Aadhaar).


👉Enter this OTP in the space provided and submit your application.


👉A reference number will be generated after the successful submission of your application.


👉The withdrawal amount is deposited in the bank account linked with your UAN in 7-30 days.


Form 10C : 

 

Form 10C is a document that has to be mandatorily filled in and submitted when claiming benefits from the Employee Pension Scheme (EPS).


Follow the Steps given below to fill Form 10C Online:

 

1. Visit the website of the Employees’ Provident Fund (www.epfindia.gov.in).

 

2. Sign into the UAN member portal using your Universal Account Number (UAN) and password.

 

3. click on the tab ‘Online Services’.

 

4. select Claim Form 10C, 19, and 31.

 

5.You will be directed to the next page. Here you will see your member details, service details, and KYC details.

 

6.Click on the ‘proceed online claim’ button.

 

7.You will be redirected to the Claims section. Here, you will find details such as PAN number, mobile number, and UAN number.

 

8.It takes you to the Claims section, where you need to check details like your mobile number, PAN number, Bank account number, UAN number etc.

 

9.enter the last four digits of the bank account number and press “Verify”.

 

10.Click “Yes” on the “Certificate of Undertaking” pop up. 

 

11.Select the claim type as either "Withdraw pension only" or "Withdraw PF only". Take care while filling the claim Form 10C.

 

12.From the “I want to apply for” menu, choose the “Only Pension Withdrawal (Form 10C)” option. 

 

13.In the Form 10C section, you need to enter your full address, use the tick mark in the disclaimer section. Click the “Get Aadhar OTP” tab that appears. 

 

14.The OTP is sent to your Aadhar-linked mobile number. Enter the OTP and hit the “Validate OTP” tab and the “Submit Claim Form” tab.

 

15.On successfully submitting the 10C, an SMS notification is sent to the same mobile number.

 

16.Your pension claim gets submitted with the 10C form filled, and the amount requested gets credited to your savings bank account after due EPFO verification.

How to update date of exit in EPF account online

          ðŸ˜ŠðŸ˜ŠHave you quit or left your job? And now you are worried about your Employees Provident Fund (EPF) account? Then, there is no need to worry as employees can now update their date of exit on the EPFO site after leaving the job.  

        Employees’ Provident Fund (EPF) members can update their date of exit from a company themselves using the online route. Employees can now self-update their date of exit in their EPF account.

        The Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) has been coming up with more and more solutions to make the EPF structure easy and accessible to the general public. One such measure taken is allowing the employees to update the date of exit online without having to wait until the employer does it.

  ðŸ‘‰ The date of exit is updated when the contribution from the employees and employers is stopped.

  It can only be marked two months after the last contribution made by the employer in the provident fund account of an employee.




Here is how an employee can update Date Of Exit, simply follow these simple steps.

Step 1 : Step 1: Login Member sewa portal- https://unifiedportal-mem.epfindia.gov.in/memberinterface/ using UAN and password.

Step 2 : Click on ‘Manage’ tab and click Mark exit, Choose PF account number from Select Employment dropdown.

Step 3 : Enter Date of Exit and Reason for exit.

Step 4 : Click request OTP and enter OTP sent to Aadhaar linked mobile number.

Step 5 : Select the check box and click update and ..


How to check if 'exit date' is updated

Step 1: Select 'Service History' from the 'View' menu.

Step 2: On your screen, a new tab will appear. The webpage will display a list of all of the employers with whom you have had EPF accounts, as well as information such as the date you joined the EPF, the date you left the EPF, the date you joined the EPS, and so on. According to the EPF ..

Conclusion :

       - It can be noted that the date of exit is updated when the contribution from the employees and employers is stopped.

      - While entering the date of exit, an employer can enter any date of the month in which the last contribution was made.

How To Register EPF Complaints? A step-by-step guide

Grievance Online At EPFiGMS?

EPFIGMS is a EPF I grievance management system of Employee Provident Fund Organisation.

                          EPFiGMS or EPF Grievance Management System is an official portal for grievances and complaints in regard to EPF. All the registered EPF members (including PF members, employers, and EPF pensioners) will be able to access this portal and lodged their complaints, grievances, and queries. These will be addressed online through this portal itself.

                            Individuals who have complaints on claim, should make sure that Universal Account Number (UAN) is activated along with verification by aadhaar and bank account by your employers.



Individuals can raise EPF complaints grievances such as:

Issue of Final Settlement / Withdrawal of PF.

- Transfer of PF accumulations (F-13)

- Scheme certificate (10C)

- Settlement of pension (10D)

- Issue Of PF slip / PF Balance

- Payment of insurance benefit (5IF)

- Cheque returned / misplaced

The status of the complaint can also be checked online. In case the query is not resolved within the specific time, reminders can be sent as well.


The step-by-step procedure to register a complaint on EPF i-Grievance Management System is mentioned below:

Step 1 : Visit the official website of EPF Grievance Management System (https://epfigms.gov.in/).


Step 2 : Click on ‘Register Grievance’.

Step 3 : Select one of the options that have been provided against the ‘Status’ section.


Step 4 : Select ‘Others’ in case you do not know the PF number


Step 5 : enter your Universal Account Number (UAN) and the security code.


Step 6 : Click on ‘Get Details’.


Step 7 : Your name, UAN, email ID, and mobile number will be displayed on the screen.


Step 8 : Click on ‘Get OTP’. Enter the OTP that has been sent to your mobile number.


Step 9 :  Under the ‘Personal Details’ section, choose the relevant PF account number.


Step 10 : Under the ‘Grievance Details’ section, select what the grievance is related to, the grievance category, and enter the description.


Step 11 : Upload any relevant documents that support the complaint. This can be done by clicking on ‘Choose Files’ and then ‘Attach’


                                                      You will receive a registration number once the complaint has been registered. The details will be sent to you via email as well.


Checking status of complaint

Once the complaint has been filed by you, you can check the status of your complaint on the website of the EPF Grievance Management system.

1.Visit https://epfigms.gov.in/

2.Select 'View Status' option.

3.Enter the registration number, i.e., complaint number, Grievance Password or Mobile number/email id and security code.

4.Click on 'Submit'.

                               The status of your grievance will be shown on your computer screen. The grievance status will also indicate which regional office of the EPFO is dealing with your complaint and the name of the officer dealing with your complain.


conclusion :

                 Verification of the complaint is done by the EPFO before it is sent to the relevant department for resolution. It usually takes up to 15-30 days for the complaint to be resolved.
